Bulgogi



Material:

  • 350 grams of beef tenderloin, thinly sliced

  • enough toasted sesame

  • scallion / chives to taste, finely chopped

  • Soaking Seasoning:

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce

  • 3 tablespoons of water

  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon of powdered broth

How to Make Bulgogi:

  • Mix soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, water, sugar, honey, sesame oil, black pepper, and powdered stock. Mix well.

  • Add the thinly sliced meat to the marinade.

  • Marinate the beef in the marinade and put it in the refrigerator. Leave it for 2 hours.

  • Heat a nonstick skillet. Remove the meat from the refrigerator, then roast in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Simply grill the meat until it changes color on both sides so it's not tough.

  • Transfer the bulgogi to a serving plate, then sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds and finely chopped scallions.
