Delicious Ramen Recipe With Spicy Soup

Ingredients
3 tbsp oil for frying
3 cloves of minced garlic
2 cm crushed fresh ginger
2 tbsp finely chopped scallions
200 grams of minced top round beef
3 pieces of fresh red chili, puree
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp shoyu (Japanese soy sauce) or soy sauce
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp sugar
500 grams of fresh or frozen ramen ready to use
8 g (1 pack) Royco beef broth
1 liter of water
1 tablespoon chili oil
How to Cook
Boil 1 liter of water until boiling.
While waiting, sauté the garlic, fresh ginger, and spring onions until fragrant. Put it in the boiling water after it boils
Enter the minced beef stir fry along with fine red chili, peanut butter, soy sauce, salt, pepper powder, and sugar.
After the meat looks cooked and tender, add the ramen and stir gently.
