Delicious Ramen Recipe With Spicy Soup



Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp oil for frying

  • 3 cloves of minced garlic

  • 2 cm crushed fresh ginger

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped scallions

  • 200 grams of minced top round beef

  • 3 pieces of fresh red chili, puree

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp shoyu (Japanese soy sauce) or soy sauce

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper powder

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 500 grams of fresh or frozen ramen ready to use

  • 8 g (1 pack) Royco beef broth

  • 1 liter of water

  • 1 tablespoon chili oil


How to Cook

  • Boil 1 liter of water until boiling.

  • While waiting, sauté the garlic, fresh ginger, and spring onions until fragrant. Put it in the boiling water after it boils

  • Enter the minced beef stir fry along with fine red chili, peanut butter, soy sauce, salt, pepper powder, and sugar.

  • After the meat looks cooked and tender, add the ramen and stir gently.

  • Wait until the ramen is cooked and the aroma is fragrant, turn off the heat and the ramen is ready to be served.
