Inkigayo Sandwich


Material:

  • Sufficiently peeled fresh bread

  • Strawberry jam to taste

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper powder to taste


Creamy mayo:

  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons sweet thick

  • Potato and egg salad:

  • 1 hard boiled egg

  • 1 boiled potato

  • 3 crabsticks (boiled briefly, then shredded)

  • 2 tablespoons creamy mayo

  • Carrot and cabbage salad:

  • 1 small carrot grated

  • cabbage to taste, finely chopped

  • 2 tablespoons creamy mayo

  • black pepper powder to taste

  • fine salt to taste


How to make:

  • Mix the ingredients to make creamy mayo, then set aside.

  • Make potato salad and poached eggs. Mash the boiled eggs and boiled potatoes using a fork. Mix with shredded crab sticks. Stir together the creamy mayo, salt, and ground pepper to taste.

  • Mix the chopped cabbage and carrots. Season with salt and pepper powder to taste, then stir until smooth.

  • Prepare a piece of peeled white bread, then spread with potato salad and hard-boiled egg. Cover with a piece of bread, then sprinkle with strawberry jam and spread evenly. Cover again with bread then spread with carrot salad. Finally cover with peeled white bread again.
