Material:
Sufficiently peeled fresh bread
Strawberry jam to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
Creamy mayo:
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet thick
Potato and egg salad:
1 hard boiled egg
1 boiled potato
3 crabsticks (boiled briefly, then shredded)
2 tablespoons creamy mayo
Carrot and cabbage salad:
1 small carrot grated
cabbage to taste, finely chopped
2 tablespoons creamy mayo
black pepper powder to taste
fine salt to taste
How to make:
Mix the ingredients to make creamy mayo, then set aside.
Make potato salad and poached eggs. Mash the boiled eggs and boiled potatoes using a fork. Mix with shredded crab sticks. Stir together the creamy mayo, salt, and ground pepper to taste.
Mix the chopped cabbage and carrots. Season with salt and pepper powder to taste, then stir until smooth.
Prepare a piece of peeled white bread, then spread with potato salad and hard-boiled egg. Cover with a piece of bread, then sprinkle with strawberry jam and spread evenly. Cover again with bread then spread with carrot salad. Finally cover with peeled white bread again.
