Kimchi Jeon



Material:

  • 100 grams of kimchi

  • 5 tablespoons of flour

  • 2 tablespoons of kimchi juice

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

  • 1 leek

  • enough margarine

  • enough water

  • salt and pepper to taste


How to make:

  • Take the green part of the leek, slice lengthwise, then set aside.

  • Mix flour, salt, pepper and chili powder. Stir well and add water, then stir until you get a medium consistency.

  • Add kimchi, kimchi juice, and spring onions. Stir again until smooth.

  • Prepare a nonstick skillet. Heat the margarine, then pour the kimchi jeon mixture, and cook until cooked.
