Kimchi Jeon

Material:
100 grams of kimchi
5 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons of kimchi juice
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 leek
enough margarine
enough water
salt and pepper to taste
How to make:
Take the green part of the leek, slice lengthwise, then set aside.
Mix flour, salt, pepper and chili powder. Stir well and add water, then stir until you get a medium consistency.
Add kimchi, kimchi juice, and spring onions. Stir again until smooth.
Prepare a nonstick skillet. Heat the margarine, then pour the kimchi jeon mixture, and cook until cooked.
