Material:
500 grams of claws, cut the nails
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder (to taste)
1/2 small cup of the remaining water to boil the claws
salt to taste
enough sugar
scallion to taste, finely sliced
enough toasted sesame
Ground spices:
5 cloves of red onion
2 cloves of garlic
4 red chilies
9 cayenne pepper
1 cm ginger
How to make:
Boil the claws that have been washed until soft. Drain and set aside the remaining boiled water for cooking later.
Process the spices, then stir-fry with a little oil until fragrant. Enter the claws, then season with oyster sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce, salt, sugar, and chili powder.
Pour the remaining water from the claw stew, then cook until the water dries up. Adjust the taste, then remove from the stove if it is according to taste.
