Material:

  • 500 grams of claws, cut the nails

  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

  • 1 tablespoon tomato sauce

  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder (to taste)

  • 1/2 small cup of the remaining water to boil the claws

  • salt to taste

  • enough sugar

  • scallion to taste, finely sliced

  • enough toasted sesame


Ground spices:

  • 5 cloves of red onion

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • 4 red chilies

  • 9 cayenne pepper

  • 1 cm ginger

How to make:

  • Boil the claws that have been washed until soft. Drain and set aside the remaining boiled water for cooking later.

  • Process the spices, then stir-fry with a little oil until fragrant. Enter the claws, then season with oyster sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce, salt, sugar, and chili powder.

  • Pour the remaining water from the claw stew, then cook until the water dries up. Adjust the taste, then remove from the stove if it is according to taste.
