Tumis Kerang Dara



Materials needed

  • 1 kg of scallops, washed clean, boiled until cooked and then remove the contents

  • 5 sliced red onions

  • 2 garlic slices

  • Sufficient slices of red and green chilies

  • a little salt,

  • mushroom broth or seasoning to taste,

  • add a little sugar and a little water

How to cook

  • Heat a little oil, stir-fry the onion, white until fragrant, then add the chilies and shells that have been peeled, add a little salt water, sugar, seasoning, mix well

  • Don't cook too long, just fry for a while

  • Serve
