ingredients:
2 pieces of fried tempeh
2 pieces of fried tofu
2 boiled eggs, peeled
1 boiled potato, peeled
4 pieces of Chinese lettuce, wash thoroughly
peeled cucumber, wash
carrots, peeled, sliced
3 long long beans, sliced 3 cm
50 grams of bean sprouts, clean the roots
2 pieces of rice cake
Ingredients for peanut sauce:
150 grams of fried peanuts
4 cloves of garlic, fried
2 red chilies, seeds removed
1 tbsp brown sugar, comb
1 tsp salt
500 ml coconut milk from coconut
1 tbsp sour water
Supplementary material :
Emping
Prawn crackers
Fried onion
Sweet soy sauce
Cayenne pepper sauce
How to make :
Peanut sauce: Prepare a blender. Add peanuts, onions, chilies, brown sugar, and salt until smooth.
Boil the coconut milk mixture.
Cook while stirring until cooked and bubbling. Remove and cool.
Boil carrots, long beans, and bean sprouts until cooked. Lift and drain.
Cut all the ingredients, including the lontong.
Arrange the pieces of rice cake, tempeh, tofu, potatoes, eggs, and all vegetables on a serving plate.
Drizzle with peanut sauce.
