  • 1 tablespoon ebi, mashed

  • 2 curly red chilies, finely chopped

  • 1 egg, beaten for dipping

  • 500 ml oil for frying


How to Make Coriander Ebi Cakes:


1. Fry the potatoes in oil that has been heated over medium heat until cooked.


2. Puree the potatoes. Add fried garlic, salt, ground pepper. Stir well. Add coriander leaves, ebi, and red chilies. Stir well.


3. Take a small amount of potato mixture. Flat round shape. Dip in egg.


4 Fry in preheated oil over medium heat until cooked.
