Yellow Rice

Material :
2 cups of rice
4 cups coconut milk (as much as regular rice, adjust the rice)
1 lemongrass stalk, crushed
2 lime leaves
3 bay leaves
Salt to taste
Ground spices :
5 red onions
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 cm ginger
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
Complementary:
Fried chicken
dry tempeh
sliced omelet
Sambal Plow
How to make :
Wash the rice, then drain and set aside.
Heat a little oil, then saute ground spices along with lemon grass, lime leaves, and bay leaves until fragrant and cooked.
Add coconut milk and salt, cook until boiling. Taste correction.
Put the rice into the rice cooker, then add the sauteed spices and coconut milk, stir until smooth. Cook rice in a rice cooker until cooked.
Once cooked, stir the rice then close the rice cooker again and let it rest for about 15 minutes.
Serve the yellow rice along with the complementary side dishes.
